2 ripe medium bananas, peeled, chopped
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

I really like having something sweet that is healthy for my body to eat. So this is a great dessert and so easy to fix in the blender. I added a little sweetener and FF whipped topping on top.
I love this recipe! I'm hyperinsulinemic and insulin resistant so have to avoid all added sugar. I love chocolate and this recipe is a delicious way of getting my chocolate fix without the sugar!
Very Yummy!! I had 1 banana and 1 avocado, but then forgot to halve the cocoa powder. I had to add a touch more sugar to counteract the bitterness, but it is very dark chocolatey tasting (which I love). Wish it didn't mash down so much - I would love to have more on hand. So happy that I can have pudding without the necessity of cow's milk to make it work! (box pudding doesn't work with rice milk...)
Yummy! I love healthy alternatives to sugary fattening foods. I did cheat and added just a little extra raw cane sugar, and it was really good! So many health benefits to this desert-like food, too long to list.
I made this today and I love it! Was worried that it wouldn't taste good but it does.. Can't wait for it to chill so I can eat it :)
Tastes great, I added a little honey though as the avocado was strong tasting.
Avocado - good fats for cholesterol.
Banana - potassium - good for blood pressure.
Dark chocolate - also for blood pressure.
Tastes GREAT - especially as I'm not all that fond of avocadoes. It's so good, I have to ration myself - although it probably wouldn't hurt if I ate the "whole thing".
I made this recipe and I never could get it to taste very good. Maybe my cocoa powder was off or something. I tried adding some vanilla and a packet of stevia, but it just never really worked for me. Also, it didn't look very appetizing to me either. That's partially my blender's inability to really get it all chopped up though.
Yummy, love it
A nice easy recipe and it tastes yummy! Will keep this one.
