Best Guacamole recipe
Everyone makes their own guacamole, but few make one that qualifies as “best”—until now, that is.
Ingredients:
3 large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, chopped
3 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup finely minced red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
3 to 5 tablespoons fresh lime juice, to taste
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients, except lime juice, in a medium bowl. Mash to desired consistency. Add lime juice to taste; mix well and serve.

First time making guacamole recipe... delicious... my family never tried guacamole dip, until today.. awesome!
This is about the 5th guacamole recipe I have tried. On a mission to find the best one for us! This is the winner to date. I did not have tomatoes, but will add next time. I think it is the garlic that makes it-I did cut down the Cilantro as well, we like just a enough to notice :)
This is an easy and great recipe if you like guacamole then you'd like this.
At first it turned out terrible (my fault!). Then I tried again and it was amazing! Was surprised how easy it was, and how great it tasted. Thrid time I made it I took out the tomatoes and cumin.
Excellent recipe. One of the best gaucamole recipes we have ever had. Definitely would make it again.
Very easy to make and delicious, I kept in chilli seeds and added extra cumin for a spicy version. Beautiful!
Superb, cool, fresh teste... Great with fish, chicken, prawn...
Husband thought this was awesome except too much cilantro for his liking... next time will leave it out completely as I already reduced the amount suggested in the recipe.
